Electrical equipment
This workshop offers the largest and most diverse MRO capability within Air Atlanta Aviaservices; covering emergency battery packs, ELTs, galley inserts, lighting, beacons and smaller electrical components.
To reduce the constant battle of battery shelf life issues, we can offer our customers a trickle charge service. This way your unit will remain on a constant charge until you are ready to call it off for fitment within the aircraft.
We provide Inspection, testing, reprogramming and battery changes of ELTs & dongles for numerous OEMs, including Techtest, Kannad, Elta and Artex. You can download any of the reprogramming sheets below.
Ovens, boilers and coffee makers are integral part to the in flight service offered by airlines. We can assist you with functional faults and regular services to keep your passengers happy.
Safety equipment
Our safety equipment workshop offers MRO servicing on slides, rafts, life vests and cylinders for a variety of Airbus and Boeing aircrafts. All units are fully inspected, tested, certified and released to service. Cylinders, whether it be door assist bottles or portable oxygen cylinders are HST to dot approval during overhaul. With a large number of spares, required for these services, held in stock we are able to reduce lead times significantly.
Wheels
Covering both Boeing and Airbus aircrafts, our wheel and brake workshop provides an outstanding MRO service. With full non destructive testing (NDT) disciplines situated in-house we do not have to subcontract this work and can reduce turnaround times. We pride ourselves with the equipment and staff within our workshop; from cleaning, stripping and NDT testing to final assembly, we have streamlined our processes and reduced the chemicals required. We offer full management of your wheels and brakes as to whether a repair or overhaul is required. We can supply tyres from a number of manufacturers, or alternatively work with drop shipments from your supplier.
